By using Go Tool Base (GTB), you agree to comply with the following terms.

1. Open Source License¶

Go Tool Base is distributed under an open-source license. Please refer to the LICENSE file in the root of the repository for the exact terms, conditions, and limitations of liability associated with the usage, modification, and distribution of the source code.

2. "As Is" Software¶

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

3. Third-Party Services¶

GTB includes integrations with third-party services (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Cloud, and GitLab). Your use of these integrations is governed by the Terms of Service of those respective third-party providers. GTB is not responsible for any costs, usage limits, or data practices of these external APIs.

4. Updates and Telemetry¶

The framework includes built-in mechanisms for automatically verifying and fetching updates from configured release sources. This behavior can be disabled via the CLI configuration. If telemetry is enabled, diagnostic data will be transmitted according to our Privacy Policy.
